Join us for the AI and employment law forum: balancing innovation and legislation in the workplace, featuring Alana Penkethman, Senior Associate (Employment) at Trethowans.

As AI continues to transform the workplace, businesses must navigate the complex legal landscape to ensure compliance while embracing innovation.

This session will explore key legal considerations, potential risks, and best practices for integrating AI into employment processes.

Alana Penkethman advises individuals and businesses on all aspects of work, from recruitment to termination, and everything in between. Alana considers the relationships within a workforce to be fundamental to the success of a business. With a particular interest in discrimination matters. Alana provides practical advice to both employers and employees in respect of complex claims.
