This session will be led by Shona Marshall, branch committee member and Director of the ASM difference and hosted by Clare Hedges, Branch Chair.
The session will focus on how you can build your transferable skills to complement your knowledge to help build on your credibility within your sector. Shona will also provide some insight into her own career journey.
Speakers bio:
Shona is a Learning, OD & Talent Specialist, expert in driving organisational change & performance through developing people.
Shona believes talent management strategies come to life when the right talent meets the right opportunity within a business with the right culture. Shona notes “organisations can hire as many talented individuals as they like, but success will only happen if this talent is nurtured and given an environment that allows it to thrive. If you can hire talented people AND then win their hearts and minds, that’s when company performance really soars."
