About the speakers
Mel Francis, Chartered FCIPD, is the visionary Founder of Neuroinclusive HR. She also serves as the Director of Neurodiversity at Work for Professor Amanda Kirby's tech-for good company, Do-IT Solutions Ltd.
With a distinguished HR career spanning over 30 years, Mel has held prominent HR leadership roles across diverse sectors, including Higher Education, Edtech, Publishing, and Telecoms. Her extensive experience in both public and private sectors, as well as non-profit organisations, has solidified her reputation as a transformative HR Director.
Yinka Beulah started in the Private sector as an Associate Consultant with Coutts Careers, in Outplacement support and Organisational re-structuring running Development Centres. Since then, she has worked within the Public sector in 4 government departments over the last 20 years namely: the DWP, MoD, MoJ and Home Office, mostly in People-roles such as Psychology and HR. She helps facilitate CHANGE at both organisational level (i.e. org re-structure & culture change) and at personal level (i.e. counselling & career development).
As a dyslexic analyst, she designs research methodologies, uncovering patterns others might miss to drive meaningful change. Passionate about fostering workplace cultures where people thrive, Yinka designs and facilitates OD interventions to build high-performing teams, improve structures, and support inclusive, fair working practices. Her goal is to help individuals and organisations flourish through effective leadership, accountability, and sustainable change.
