This session is open to independent HR consultants. Join us during Neurodiversity Celebration Week as we bust myths about neurodiversity.

This session is open to all independent HR consultants across the UK. We are collaborating with national CIPD teams to ensure that independent HR professionals, no matter where they are based, have access to valuable insights and support.

Join us during Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2025 as we bust some myths about neurodiversity! Our expert panel will explore how to create inclusive, psychologically safe environments that support individuals' unique needs and unlock their potential. Learn practical strategies, key questions to ask, and resources available to help you support neurodivergent people.

As an independent consultant, you want to provide the best client experience possible.Our panel will share insights and alternative approaches from their own expertise and experience.

The session will include live sketch-noting, that will be shared with all attendee’s after the event.

Independent Consultants (IC) Network in the North of England

Are you an independent HR or L&D consultant operating in the North of England? Would you like to meet other like-minded independent consultants and share challenges and ideas for better ways of working?

We’re a friendly bunch and we love to hear fresh ideas and what’s working well for you in your role – and with your clients – and what isn’t. Together, we provide a safe space to offer each other advice, peer-to-peer support, and signpost you to helpful CIPD research and resources.
