Meet the Speakers:

Roisin Kearney

Roisin is the Head of HR at Rock Compliance, where she drives the people strategy, aligning HR operations with business objectives. With expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and learning & development, Roisin brings extensive experience to the discussion.

She is also a qualified career coach and is pursuing a CIPD Level 7 qualification after completing Levels 3 and 5. Roisin is passionate about fostering positive and inclusive work cultures that prioritise engagement, well-being, and growth while driving business success.

Kelsa Albert

Kelsa is the Senior Manager for Global Learning Experience at Deckers Brands (Ugg, Hoka, and Teva), a university lecturer, and a public speaker. With 12 years of Learning & Development expertise, Kelsa specialises in career development, inclusive workplaces, and leadership coaching.

Recognised as a Rising Star in the Consumer & Luxury industry by the Black British Business Awards in 2023, Kelsa is also an award-winning academic. She holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology, a CIPD Certificate in HR, and certifications in Clifton Strengths Coaching and Neuroleadership. Outside of work, she mentors young people from less privileged backgrounds and occasionally dreams of a career on the West End stage.

Chidi ChukwuLinkedIn

Chidi is an Employment Consultant in the Careers Team at London South Bank University, supporting students across the institution. Prior to joining LSBU, Chidi spent 13 years in recruitment, working in both in-house and volunteer recruitment for the Rugby World Cup and London 2012. She has extensive early careers recruitment experience through working for two Times top 100 graduate employers.

After working in early careers, Chidi shifted her focus to supporting students before they step into the world of work. Whether advising on CV writing, or navigating the job market, Chidi is dedicated to empowering students to confidently transition from university to the workplace.
