About this event

Join us to discuss whether we’re equipping managers to lead effectively in a rapidly changing work environment

The roles of HR and L&D have evolved significantly in recent years, but has the way we enable and support managers kept pace with these changes?

Managers are increasingly the ones expected to drive employee engagement, productivity, and change - but are we giving them the tools and training they need to succeed?

In this session, we’ll look at the crucial relationship between line managers and the people profession. Together, we’ll explore:

  • What do managers need most from HR and L&D to thrive in today’s workplace?
  • What warning signals might indicate that managers are not being set up for success?
  • Are traditional approaches to leadership development still fit for purpose?
  • How has support and training for managers evolved in your organisation?
  • What innovative strategies could we use to further empower managers?
  • How do we measure the success of our efforts?
