About this event

Join us for a session with employment judges and the CIPD branch in Lincolnshire to learn all about HR laws and best practices!

It’s not often you get the chance to sit down and hear from an employment tribunal judge and to ask questions from a Human Resources perspective about tribunal process and procedure. Join us on 25 March 2025 for an exclusive Q&A session with employment judge Kate Hindmarch and learn from her extensive experience in the field. Whether you are an HR professional, an employment law enthusiast, or simply curious about the workings of employment tribunals, this event promises to be enlightening and engaging.

Jud Hindmarch will also add a tribunal themed quiz to add to the fun!

Don’t miss out on this chance to deepen your understanding and enhance your professional knowledge.

Parking details: When you reach the top of Clayton Road, we are the big blue building with lots of windows straight in front of them. You will need to come to the first set of double doors after parking and we will be there to show people to conference room 3. The gates with ‘CADENT’ on them are the correct ones to go through and you will be met with a big circle car park. You will then walk back around to reception as shown on the map.

Clayton Road - The Trust Central Service team and conference facilities are situated within the grounds of The Priory Academy LSST. The entrance is accessible from Clayton Road, which leads from Newark Road near Aldi Supermarket. Clayton Road is found alongside The Car Supermarket (car showroom). Once at the end of Clayton Road you will see a long blue building, turn left and follow the road, via Cadent, around to the back. Car Parking is available as indicated, on the site of the old gasometer (see red route on map). Once parked, please walk back around the front of the building (see blue route), to the main entrance. Please sign in here. Should you need any guidance, please contact Federation reception on 01522 889297.
