About this event

This session focuses on leadership development strategy through coaching skills development for early careerists.

An informative and thought-provoking sessions to shine a new light on using coaching skills as an early intervention tool.

Compared with Millennials and previous generations, the leaders of the future have different expectations of leadership development. Generally, they will be less hierarchical, demand a more direct communication style and have more emphasis and value on their own mental wellbeing. They also expect frequent feedback and individualistic career development.

This session shines a light on how coaching skills can accelerate early careerists into the future leaders of the organisation.

The webinar will cover how a coaching approach as an early intervention can:

  • Accelerate development and skills acquisition.
  • Align individual and organisational expectations.
  • Increase confidence, self-esteem and resilience.
  • Improve psychological safety.
  • Provide practical planning strategies for development.
