As part of Careers Week, and in recognition of International Womens Day, themed ‘Accelerate Action’, we are hosting a dedicated CIPD Upgrading event for people professionals looking to advance their membership status.

This session will provide invaluable insights into the CIPD upgrading process, demonstrating how achieving Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow status can accelerate your career progression, bolster professional credibility, and amplify your leadership impact.

And will be hosted by Jane Eme-Power FCIPD - Senior Lecture and Programme Manager, and Branch Chair of the CIPD Branch in Merseyside and North Cheshire.

Jane is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager at Liverpool John Moores University, specialising in HR, leadership, and professional development. With over 30 years of experience in HR across the voluntary and public sectors, she is passionate about people management, EDIB, change leadership, and career progression.
