About this event

In this session we will codify the benefits and risks of introducing technology (and ignoring it!).

Technology is changing rapidly and unexpectedly, disrupting HR, L&D and coaching processes that have felt well-established for decades.

With push and pull factors influencing our use of technology it's important we make informed and sustainable decisions that have the best impact on the organisation as a whole.

  • What's the best time to invest in technology?
  • What does 'artificial intelligence' mean, and when does it change from sales patter to genuinely added value?
  • What should the role of an HR professional be in five or ten years’ time?

In this session we will codify the benefits and risks of introducing technology (and ignoring it!) and develop an action-focused strategy on how to increase impact in our organisations.
