We will be deepening into the Hybrid & remote working world with our amazing speaker Gary Cookson
Hybrid working isn’t working. Organisations regularly get it wrong, causing frustration and rising tensions in the workplace.
In this session we will examine why this is, where hybrid has come from and where it is going, and some of the key considerations organisations and their leaders need to make to get hybrid working. What happens if we mandate attendance, but what happens if we don’t? Why do so many organisations get it wrong, and what can we do to fix that?
Come to meet us at the wonderful University Women's Club venue for our first face-to-face event of 2025.
We will be deepening into the Hybrid and remote working world with our amazing speaker Gary Cookson, an expert in these topics who has just released his second book.
Light refreshments will be provided. If you need anything more substantial, then please plan this in before you arrive.
