About the speaker
Steve Hearsum
Steve Hearsum is a recognised leader in Organisational Design, Change, and Leadership Development. With extensive experience working across diverse industries, Steve specialises in helping leaders and organisations navigate complexity, improve their impact, and evolve their cultures.
As the author of No Silver Bullet: Bursting the Bubble of the Organisational Quick Fix, Steve is passionate about challenging conventional thinking and fostering meaningful change. His work includes designing leadership and OD programmes for global organisations, consulting on cultural transformation, and supervising practitioners to deepen their impact.
A qualified Consulting & Coaching Supervisor, Steve collaborates with leaders, consultants, and change agents to build capacity and enhance practice. He holds a Master’s in Change Agent Skills & Strategies and certifications in systemic approaches and leadership coaching.
Steve also serves as a trustee for the Tavistock Institute and is on the faculty of the Mayvin Masters in People and OD.
