Meet our guest speaker, Lisa Rankin:

Lisa Rankin is an enthusiastic and driven professional with over six years of HR analytics experience across industries including luxury automotive, elite sports, financial services, and pet food manufacturing. Lisa holds a distinction in Data Analytics MSc and a first-class honours degree in Business and Human Resource Management, along with CIPD Level 5 accreditation.

As a certified Excel expert and leader of an HR data team, Lisa is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and maximising system capabilities with a focus on end-user needs. Her diverse background, which includes customer-facing roles in retail, marketing, and education, brings a unique perspective and energy to her work.
