Join our panel of experts to explore and understand neurodiversity and consider practical steps to ensure an inclusive work environment

Join us from 9.30 for coffee and pastries before our session with a panel of experts starts at 10:00.

There will be a mix of presentations and breakout discussions, to explore:

  • The definition of neurodiversity and common misconceptions
  • Assessment, diagnosis and the occupational health perspective
  • Practical adjustments to ensure an inclusive work environment
  • Pathways into work and placements for students / young people who are neurodivergent


There should be some time for informal networking before our session closes at 12:00.


About the speakers

Ruth George is an employment law and HR expert offering support to organisations wishing to navigate the complexities of neurodivergence in the workplace safely and fairly

Debbie Holder is a qualified Occupational Health expert and runs OHS Ltd., providing responsive occupational health services to Managers and HR professionals

Debbie Denyer is a qualified executive coach and facilitator and accredited Neurodiversity in the Workplace Trainer with a breadth of experience building effective teams, and creating inclusive workplaces

Alicia Loxley is an Enterprise Coordinator working for Hertfordshire’s Services for Young People providing careers advice and guidance to SEND schools and linking employers to young people
