About this event

This event will help student members understand the process and requires of preparing for a tribunal.

During the session, we will cover:

• What to expect in the process
• The content of forms for completion
• First hand experience of the tribunal from our guest speaker.

Vicky Gardner

Vicky Gardner is a Chartered member of the CIPD, holding her MSc in Human Resource Management. Vicky has over 17 years experience as a HR generalist, with over 10 years in leadership positions.

Kate Grogan

Kate Grogan is an Associate member of the CIPD, has achieved Level 7 PGDip in HR Management and has 13 years experience working within generalist HR roles within Social Care, Transport and Telecommunications Industries.

Douglas King

Douglas King is an Associate member of the CIPD with 20+ years of both HR & Management experience covering Forensic Psychiatric Mental Health & General Nursing within the NHS plus currently working in the Not for Profit Health & Social Care sector.

1. Webinar joining instructions will be sent to you again 1 day before the event, with a further reminder, 20 minutes prior to the event starting.
2. The session may be recorded and shared with people afterwards. Please bear this in mind and have your camera off if you do not wish for your image to be shared.
3. The chat function will be used for participants to engage with the webinar, so just be mindful of the login name you use and ensure you are happy for other people to see this.
4. For security reasons, it is requested that participants join the live session 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time and with the same name as registered on Eventbrite as not doing so may cause a delay or non-admittance to the event.

6. Please note that refunds for CIPD Non-Member tickets will only be available until 7 days prior to the event, any cancelled tickets after this will not receive a refund.
