About the speaker

Dr. Eliat Aram is the CEO of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and a leading expert in organisational development and design. A UKCP-registered Gestalt Psychotherapist and Chartered Scientist Psychologist (BPS), she has been a pioneer in applying complexity and Gestalt theory to organisational and educational contexts.

Her work focuses on helping leaders navigate high turbulence, ambiguity, and rapid change. As a founding member of the Complexity & Management Centre at Hertfordshire University, she has written extensively on the intersection of complexity, learning, and leadership.

Under Dr. Aram’s leadership, the Tavistock Institute has continued its legacy of blending cutting-edge research with practical applications, using psychoanalytic and systems approaches to tackle organisational challenges. Their methodologies offer deep insights into the human dynamics of teamwork and leadership.
