About this event

Let's figure out how to make hybrid work successful in Birmingham together!

Hybrid work is here to stay but we haven't got it right yet. Gary believes that to be truly effective, hybrid working must form part of the overall business strategy and work, organisational structures and teams must be designed with hybrid in mind.

Gary will be facilitating an online roundtable practical discussion for CIPD Birmingham members to help us make hybrid work work. Gary will share insights from his recent publication to help shape the discussion and future success within our organisations.

The event will be hosted by our Chair, Samina Amin.
