This dynamic 'carousel of opportunities' offers hands-on insights and practical strategies from industry leaders, ensuring all voices are heard and actionable takeaways are gained. Network with like-minded professionals and leave with fresh ideas to implement in your own organisation.
On arrival, you will have the opportunity to network over refreshments. We will then start our 'carousel' at 18:00.
During the carousel you will have the opportunity to visit three industry experts who will share strategies which you can use in your organisation to engage, motivate and retain your staff.
Our industry experts:
Mark’s topic - If motivation is the reason (motive) you must do something (action) how do we identify, describe, and measure it?
In Mark’s session you'll discover a language to describe what motivates you and a way to identify what's most important to you in your work and how to make sure it's being satisfied.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a hands-on approach that can engage, motivate and work to retain staff. The approach ensures that all voices are heard and develops commitment to an outcome and the direction of the organisation. During the event delegates will work with LEGO® bricks to gain an insight into the possibilities this approach could offer to them and their organisation.
Using their expertise of skills and learning needs analysis, Honey & Morgan will engage delegates with in an interactive, creative approach to skills and learning needs analysis. Delegates will be invited to explore the needs of their organisations and how accredited learning solutions can engage, motivate and work to retain staff. During the event delegates will share their experience and ideas to extend their understanding of how skills and learning needs can be addressed to increase retention.
