HR Basics – Using stories to influence decision making

Speaker: Michael Youd, Co-chair of the West of Scotland Branch, and an experienced Senior People Professional

Michael has extensive experience in managing employee relations cases as well as wider employee relations and change management across the not for profit and public sectors.

Michael will discuss how being able to tell a story and give examples can really help influence decisions that are made within an organsiation, build credibility and reputation.
