Workshop Overview:

In this workshop you will learn why some people react defensively in conversations and the role survival strategies play in this. At the end of the session you will walk away with a model for recognising survival strategies and practical tools to support managers in navigating their difficult conversations with compassion.

About the speaker

Amanda Cookson

Amanda is an ICF accredited executive coach and delivers coach lead transformational programmes centred around building high trust and human leadership skills. Prior to establishing her coaching practice Amanda spent 20 years in the creative and Edu-Tech sectors, leading award winning multi-site teams.
