Ian Walker - I currently work at Salesforce, heading up a couple of the functions in Learning & Development, as well as managing our On-Boarding Operations team. Prior to joining Salesforce in 2015, I spent 15 years at Cisco, working out of Amsterdam, Tokyo and London.

My career started in the early 90's with a stint at Time Warner in London, before relocating to the Netherlands to become an L & D manager. This really triggered my love affair with learning & leadership development. In the mid-90s I joined Nike to help establish a new division, and explore the use of the internet for engaging with customers.

I am passionate about people leadership, having managed teams from 1 - 150 in size and always have at least 5 - 6 mentoring or coaching relationships on the go at any time. I have been very happily married to Sarah for the past 17 years, and we have two wonderful sons, Sam (18) and Milo (15). My most significant academic qualification is an MA in Theology from Oxford University.
