About the speaker

Karen Richardson

Karen has over twenty years experience in people and culture, most recently senior director roles with international law firms. Now running her own business Karen is a dual qualified Executive Coach and Psychotherapist:

● EMCC Senior Practitioner

● Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling

● Member BACP

● Autism informed practitioner

● MA Human Resource Management
