Join CIPD Sussex for an update on key employment law changes and explore progress on the highly anticipated Employment Rights Bill

This online session, hosted by Harry Sherrard, Principal of Sherrards Employment Law Solicitors, will explore progress on the highly anticipated Employment Rights Bill, which is currently in its final stages of the parliamentary process.

By the time we reach the date of this webinar we will have a much clearer view of progress on the Bill, implementation dates for the key changes and what they mean for employers including;

  • The implementation of a Fair Work Agency (FWA)
  • Ending ‘fire and rehire’
  • Trade Union reform
  • Zero-hour contracts & agency workers
  • Removing the lower earnings limit and waiting period for Statutory Sick pay
  • Update on Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023
  • The Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Act 2023

Harry Sherrard, Sherrards Employment Law Solicitors

Harry Sherrard is the Principal of Sherrards, and has been a specialist employment lawyer for 30 years.
