HR & Wellbeing Consultant | Mediator | Business Growth Partner

Anna is a highly skilled and versatile HR consultant, mediator, and wellbeing expert with a passion for building stronger, healthier workplaces. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), she has worked across diverse industries—including financial services, engineering, insurance, and, more recently, health and social care—where she directed her own business and was a registered manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

With a practical and people-focused approach, Anna-May collaborates with small business leaders to develop their teams, ensuring staff understand business objectives and contribute to sustainable growth. She specialises in resolving workplace conflicts, improving employee engagement, and guiding organisations through change with clarity and confidence.

Anna-May also supports healthcare organisations with safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and workforce development, helping them deliver outstanding care while meeting industry standards. Workplace wellbeing – A holistic approach

Beyond HR and mediation, Anna-May is deeply committed to workplace wellbeing. A certified Yoga Teacher (since 2014) and Mindfulness Coach (since 2018), she founded Wellness Bliss to help individuals and organisations integrate mindfulness, resilience, and balance into their daily lives.

Through corporate workshops, community programs, and online sessions, she empowers professionals to pause, reset, and manage stress effectively. She regularly delivers mindfulness and yoga sessions for CIPD members and leads wellbeing initiatives that promote mental clarity and emotional resilience.

Anna-May is known for her innovative, forward-thinking approach—bringing together HR expertise, conflict resolution, and wellbeing strategies to create workplaces where people and businesses thrive. Whether supporting leadership teams, mediating workplace challenges, or fostering a culture of wellbeing, she is committed to helping organisations grow by investing in their most valuable asset—their people.
