About this event

Explore how employers can recognise, respond to and support staff affected by domestic abuse, creating safer workplaces.

Domestic abuse affects people from all walks of life, and its impact often extends into the workplace. Employers have a vital role to play in recognising the signs, responding with empathy, and creating environments where employees feel safe and supported.

This event will bring together three key voices from across sectors to explore how organisations can play an active role in supporting employees affected by domestic abuse.

Together, our speakers will share insights, practical tools, and real-life experiences to help employers create workplaces where people feel safe, supported and empowered. Attendees will learn how to recognise signs of abuse, respond appropriately, and build policies and cultures that ensure everyone is safe at home and safe at work.

Speakers:

Ursula Fay
