About this event

Employers have a duty of care to staff. This session will help you meet that duty and understand how to keep employees safe.

Join us for an informative session, hosted by The Survivors Trust in collaboration with the Home Office. As we approach a season often marked by celebrations and extended dark nights, it’s crucial to recognise the increase in domestic and sexual abuse. This informative session will equip HR leaders with the knowledge and tools to identify warning signs, support affected employees, and foster a safe workplace culture. Hear from an expert speaker as we explore best practices and strategies to make a difference in our organisations. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enhance your understanding and strengthen your commitment to workplace safety and support.
