Cheryl Winter of Creased Puddle explores ADHD at work. With 15 years’ neurodiversity experience, she brings insight and authenticity.
Cheryl Winter of Creased Puddle will be exploring the topic of ADHD in the workplace. Cheryl has 15 years’ experience as a director, coach and facilitator within the field of Neurodiversity. She has presented around the topic of neurodiversity previously with the CIPD – her authentic and entertaining approach brings a lightness to this topic.

Cheryl Winter, Associate coach
Cheryl is a highly experienced coach, coaching supervisor and trainer specialising in neurodiversity. Cheryl works with her own clients mainly in the workplace creating sustainable and life changing strategies which allow their inner talents to emerge. She also works with parents and children to understand they are beautifully different – not difficult! She helps clients to recognise the metaphors in their language and how to explore the strength these bring to their world.
In March of 2025 Cheryl stepped down from her role of Lead Coach at Creased Puddle, which she held for 5 years. She built a coaching team of 30 neurodiversity coaches and workplace needs assessors.
Her career in neurodiversity commenced when she joined Genius Within in 2011 as one of their founding neurodiversity coaches. She went on to become Director of In Work support, recruiting, training and managing over 120 coaches and 8 supervisors.
She is an ILM Qualified coach, Clean Language Facilitator, Mindfulness Practitioner NLP Master Practitioner, EFT Practitioner and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
