About this event

Delivered in partnership with the Equality Commission this event is focused on AI and it’s impact on employment issues.

This event will cover:

What is artificial intelligence?

  • How is it used in the recruitment and management of staff
  • What are the main risks of AI, in terms of bias and discrimination
  • What should employers do to manage these risks.

Participants should leave with information regarding navigating the world of Ai in the context of HR expectations. They will know what is coming up the pipeline and what is already being used at the minute to enhance ways of working by embracing Ai. The speaker will provide case studies on this topic and smart ways of working to embrace Ai as opposed to ignoring it.
