Speaker: Dr Emmanuel Akpe
Dr Emmanuel Akpe is an experienced Mental Health Trainer, Stress Management Specialist, and the Principal Consultant at TSM Wellness Limited, a Cheltenham-based training organisation that supports small businesses and professionals in building resilience, managing stress, and promoting workplace mental wellbeing.
With over a decade of experience and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development, Dr Emmanuel has delivered training to a wide range of organisations, including corporate organisations, community associations, and faith-based groups across the UK and beyond.
He is also the author of five books on stress management and holistic wellness and is passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health, particularly in men, by promoting open conversations in the workplace.
