Guest speaker profile: Rosie Elvin

Rosie Elvin is an ADHD coach, neurodiversity trainer, and part-time university lecturer in architecture. Diagnosed with ADHD at 43, Rosie brings personal insight and professional expertise to help neurodivergent individuals thrive in work and life. She supports organisations in creating inclusive environments where diverse minds can succeed and designs training that combines practical strategies with empathy and understanding. Rosie runs ADHD Focus, offering 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and CPD-accredited workplace neurodiversity training
