What does it mean to build a career that lasts—one that is fulfilling, resilient, and future-focused? This event offers a dynamic introduction to sustainable careers, examining both personal career development and organizational strategies that support long-term growth.


Join us for an inspiring panel discussion featuring four distinguished experts who will share their research and real-world experiences:

  • Christina Butler – Professor of Management, Kingston University
  • Maria Simosi – Reader in HRM and Organisation Studies, Royal Holloway University of London
  • Christina Evans – Independent Career Consultant
  • Tasneem Mayet – Senior Manager, Sustainability Services for Financial Institutions & Fintech Lab Coach, Accenture


Each speaker will present a 15-minute talk highlighting their unique perspective on creating and sustaining meaningful careers, followed by an engaging Q&A session.
