Join us for an engaging, in-person session designed for self-employed HR, L&D, OD consultants who want to stay current and competitive.

This session will be hosted by Debbie Molyneux of Highlight People, and Caia Slater of Partnering 2 Excel.

Together, through round table discussion, we’ll explore how to maintain compliance and best practice, how to tailor your offerings to current client needs while future-proofing services, and anticipating the needs of future clients by monitoring trends and developing new toolkits or solutions.

Expect active participation and discussion, practical ideas, and the chance to connect and network with peers who share your drive to keep their HR consultancy thriving.


Debbie Molyneux, Highlight People

Debbie Molyneux, co-founder of Highlight People, established Highlight People, an HR and L&D consultancy, over 12 years ago. She and her team provide a range of consultancy support across different industries, including people strategies, HR support, embedding culture, leadership and management development, navigating change, and wellbeing engagement.


Caia Slater, Partnering2excel

Caia Slater, founder of Partnering2Excel, has more than 20 years’ HR experience across different industries and set up her own business 4 years ago. She has a breadth of experience shaping people strategy, designing and implementing new business designs, and leading the planning and delivery of organisational changes.
