An informative session complete with practical insights, designed to help HR professionals navigate absence management and reasonable adjustments at work.

The session will aim to cover the following topics:

  1. Absence Management: best practice, practical tips and overcoming common issues.
  2. Reasonable adjustments: overview of the duty, what is meant by “reasonable”, the role of occupational health and practical examples in the context of different disabilities / health conditions.
  3. Neurodiversity: myth-busting, links with mental health, reasonable adjustments and inclusion.
