About this event
One year on from the New Employer Duty: join expert Benjamin Black to learn how to meet legal duties & build a safer, respectful workplace.
Since 26 October 2024, a new duty under the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 requires employers to take reasonable steps to prevent workplace sexual harassment. Failure to do so could lead to a 25% uplift in tribunal awards — but beyond compliance, it’s about creating a culture where everyone feels safe, respected and valued.
Join Benjamin Black of Blacklarke Consulting, a specialist in workplace behaviour and culture, for a practical, thought-provoking session designed specifically for HR and people professionals.
