In this online Lunch and Learn, our Vice Chair Louise Lennon, founder of business psychology consultancy The People Deal, will explore two different perspectives:
- The psychological perspective - how our mindsets about learning shape behaviour, engagement, and the ability to adapt in times of change.
- The practical perspective - how organisations can structure L&D to be effective and sustainable, using tools like a L&D maturity model.
Louise will share a recent L&D case study with her client Via East Midlands and will close the session with practical tips for getting learning right - from making it accessible and inclusive, to ensuring it evolves in step with organisational needs.
