In this working group event, we will explore the crucial link between ethical organisational practices and mental health in the workplace.
Our second 'ethical business working group' event.
We are delighted to welcome Dr Lindsay Badger as our guest speaker for our second Ethical Business Working Group CIPD event, which will explore the crucial link between ethical organisational practices and mental health in the workplace.
Dr Badger will share insights on how organisations can create supportive, inclusive environments that prioritise employee wellbeing and build resilience. The session will consider the ethical responsibilities of employers, practical strategies for fostering psychologically safe workplaces, and the role of HR professionals in shaping healthier organisational cultures.
This event will provide thought-provoking perspectives, actionable ideas, and an opportunity to reflect on how ethical frameworks can strengthen both employee wellbeing and organisational effectiveness.
