Join us for an interactive online session exploring the (soon-to-be) Employment Rights Act 2025.


We’ll unpack the key reforms, including:

  • Day one unfair dismissal rights
  • New rules on collective change processes
  • Updates to trade union recognition
  • The near-end of fire and re-hire practices


This engaging session will not only guide you through the practical implications of the new legislation but also provide plenty of time for discussion and questions.


About the speakers

Peter Beisty and Adrienne Hardy

Peter Beisty and Adrienne Hardy are experienced employment lawyers advising businesses in a wide range of industries encompassing IT, motorsport, automotive, charitable, travel, high street retail, pharma and recruitment.

This work includes defending hundreds of employment tribunal claims and advising employers on non-contentious matters including business protection, service agreements, staff handbooks, and general employment policies and procedures.

As well as their day to day advisory work they also co-present a popular webinar and podcast series hosted on Spotify and Amazon Music called Employment Law 101. They very much look forward to bringing their varied sector experience to the session.
