Sarah Ash - Partner Walkers Guernsey

Sarah leads our Channel Islands Employment Law Group and is the head of our Employment team in Guernsey. She advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.


Anaëlle France – EEOS, Advice, Conciliation and Enforcement Officer

With over two years of experience supporting individuals and employers on employment and discrimination matters. In her current role, Anaëlle delivers tailored advice, manages a caseload of conciliation matters with the aim of resolving disputes before they reach a hearing, and supports the Director with enforcement work to ensure employers are compliant with relevant employment legislation. She is currently working towards her CIPD Level 5 in People Management. Anaëlle played an integral role in the development of the service’s core processes, forms, and templates, and brings a strong working knowledge of employment law and discrimination legislation. Her professional background is in social work, with a focus on child protection and safeguarding—experience that has provided her with a solid foundation of transferable skills that she applies effectively in her current position. Outside of work, Anaëlle enjoys boxing which helps her stay focused, resilient, and goal oriented.
