Guest speaker: Sue Heyes

I am an independent HR consultant having previously worked in senior people professional roles in multiple business sectors. I have a particular interest in employee relations and the employment relationship, change management and organisation development and design. I have been a CIPD associate assessor for three years.

I am an active CIPD volunteer and have held roles as a group chair, vice chair and chair for my local branch.

I currently support five branches across the south west as a Regional Facilitator. I am also a CIPD Trust Ambassador.
