An online CIPD event blending theory and practice to explore insights and actions for supporting menopause in the workplace.

This online CIPD event brings together two speakers in conversation to explore menopause in the workplace. The session will connect theoretical perspectives with lived experience, highlighting the challenges employees may face and the practical actions organisations can take.

Delegates will gain insight into evidence-based approaches to fostering inclusion, raising awareness, and creating supportive workplace cultures.
