The CIPD South East Scotland Wellbeing Group invites you to join a session dedicated to sharing practical and informative advice on how organisations can help support a healthy work-life balance.
As people professionals, we have the power to influence how workplaces build well-being into the employee experience. In today’s always-connected world, we explore how organisations can create a culture that values breaks, rest, and healthy boundaries.
Join us for an engaging session with Sarah Walker, from Capella, who will share practical, evidence-based strategies on:
- The science of rest and why breaks matter for wellbeing
- Supporting healthy sleep habits to reduce burnout and absenteeism
- Embedding the right to disconnect into workplace culture and policies
- Equipping managers to lead by example and foster balance on their teams
This event is designed to give people professionals the tools to support employees in finding balance — boosting engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
