At this CIPD session, Lily will explore the links between resilience, mental health, and workplace performance, and share actionable approaches that attendees can adapt within their own workplaces. 


Lily Howe

Lily Howe is an experienced workplace HR and wellbeing specialist with a strong background in resilience, mindset, and organisational growth. Over the course of her career, she has worked with leaders and teams across a range of sectors to improve engagement, reduce absenteeism, and create positive environments where individuals can succeed. 

Drawing on her expertise in people development, Lily is passionate about equipping individuals and organisations with practical tools to navigate change, strengthen resilience, and cultivate a growth mindset. She brings both evidence-based knowledge and real-world experience to her sessions, making her insights highly relevant for HR professionals and people managers.
