A mindset shift can change how we work, learn & grow. Join this one-hour session to explore the power of perspective.
We all have days that spiral - from disappointing feedback to feeling unheard. But how we interpret and respond to challenges is shaped by our mindset. In this interactive one-hour mini-session, we’ll explore the power of mindset and how a shift in thinking can change the way we work, learn, and grow.
Rooted in the work of Dr. Carol Dweck, this engaging workshop will help you identify your current mindset, understand the difference between a fixed and growth mindset, and discover how to reframe setbacks into opportunities.
