About the speaker
Adela is an entrepreneur, board member and experienced consultant with a proven international track record in supporting organisations to grow and build inclusive cultures. A recognised expert in Design Thinking and Futures Thinking, she is also an accomplished trainer, facilitator, and TEDx speaker. Adela is the founder of the Design Thinkers Academy Central and Eastern Europe and has worked on employee experience and HR strategy projects with companies such as Coca Cola, Medlife, Enel, to name a few.
