Fear holds HR back. Learn to reframe failure and lead change in ‘Failure killed my ego’.
For ambitious HR professionals, fear of failure may not be just a personal hurdle, it’s hardwired by past experiences, relationships and society (just like it has for all of us). But the reality is that to maximise our capability and unlock real cultural change, we need to break free from that fear and become the driving force behind reframing the perception of failure in our organisations.
In this bold and unapologetic session ‘Failure killed my ego’, we will help you break free from limitations and understand how HR can take the lead on investing in failure for yours, and your businesses, benefit.
Tom Hines, Founder, Hinesight Ltd.
I started Hinesight because I was done the politics, the tick-box training, and execs thinking of “development” as a budget to slash.
After a decade in the game, I’d seen enough of talent being wasted and people surviving instead of thriving. I knew I could do it better, and I knew I could change lives.
Hinesight isn’t about training courses or motivational posters. It’s about rewiring how people think, lead, and perform. It’s about giving people the tools (and the guts) to go from “fine” to phenomenal.
This isn’t a business, it’s a rebellion against mediocre development, and we’re just getting started.
