About the speaker

Dr Laura Reeves is a Research Associate at the University of Suffolk. Her research interests primarily focus on underrepresented/marginalized voices at work, leadership styles and identity and belonging. Her most recent project, managerial belonging and agile working arrangements received external funding from The British Academy of Management.
