The Employment Rights Bill is going to bring about some of the most significant changes to employment law for a generation. With the countdown to the Bill coming into force well and truly under way, Innes Clark and Alan Delaney, from Morton Fraser MacRoberts' employment law team, take a look at the changes that will impact employers the most and what you should be doing to prepare.

Innes Clark, Partner

Innes is one of Scotland's most experienced and well-known employment lawyers having specialised in employment law for over 25 years. Alan Delaney, Partner

Alan has advised clients exclusively on employment law issues for over 20 years. He is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law. He acts for a number of leading Scottish employers, advising them in relation to all aspects of their employment law and employee relations issues, as well as dispute resolution. He has appeared at employment tribunals throughout the UK, the Employment Appeal Tribunal, as well as acting for clients in a number of sensitive and high-value mediations
