About the speakers

Sarah Fitton is a certified coach, people professional, and HR Lecturer with extensive career experience in finance, Business Analysis, Recruitment, Business Change and Learning and Development. Sarah provides professional services in career coaching, interview preparation, CV writing, and reviews.

Mike Bates is a certified business psychologist and coach, as well as an experienced learning and development facilitator. Following a successful military career, Mike transitioned into the field of human resources, where he now supports businesses and teams with leadership and team development. He is the owner and director of Vector People Consultants, a company specializing in leadership and team development.
