Adam Pickford of Highlight People will share insights and strategies on building our resilience as consultants and small business owners.

Running your own HR, L&D or OD consultancy business, supporting your clients in uncertain times, how can you nurture your own resilience?

Join us at our first session of 2025, where Adam Pickford will support us in understanding resilience, what it is, and what strategies we can use to build our own resilience. Adam will support us to look at resilience through the lens of running a business, and also how it applies to our personal lives.

About the Speaker:

Adam is the Co-Founder of the HR and People Development Consultancy, Highlight People. He has a wealth of practitioner experience in Talent and L&D roles, working with leadership and people mangers, and is a qualified Coach and Insights Practitioner. He is passionate about helping others to embed their learning through ongoing application and behaviour change.
