Founder of Diversity in Recruitment, Jo is passionate about placing DE&I at the forefront of recruitment agendas, firmly believing in its power to instigate genuine change.

As a prominent figure in the UK recruitment landscape, Jo lends her expertise as a sought-after podcast guest, event speaker, and awards panellist, including the TiARA’s and the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards. Matthew White has been working in the recruitment industry since 2000, and has progressed from an eager graduate providing high-volume temporary staffing in the industrial sector, with almost no access to technology, to Regional Managing Director at Reed - the world's largest family-run recruitment business. At a time when artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly large role in the labour market, not only when it comes to applications, but identifying talent, Matt is passionate about getting the right balance to ensure companies are hiring the best people with the right skills to help them thrive.


Nina Metson - Managing Director - Waddington Brown HR Recruitment & Consultancy

Nina leads a team of dedicated people professionals and associates whose focus is on championing the value that HR brings to workplaces. Before joining Waddington Brown, Nina led internal communications functions for companies such as Jardine Motors Group and Care UK, combining digital, print and environmental communication channels to improve employee engagement. She started her career as a journalist and is a passionate believer in combining the unique way humans communicate with each other with technology that makes information accessible, equitable and personalised.
