At a time when artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly large role in the labour market, not only when it comes to applications, but identifying talent, Matt is passionate about getting the right balance to ensure companies are hiring the best people with the right skills to help them thrive.

Nina leads a team of dedicated people professionals and associates whose focus is on championing the value that HR brings to workplaces.
